By installing or using any SwiftClip Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Extensions.
SwiftClip provides three categories of products and services:
Browser extensions for Google Chrome, offered in two tiers:
A Chrome extension that enables AI agents (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, etc.) to control a real browser via the MCP protocol. Browser Bridge uses a relay server hosted on Cloudflare to forward commands between the agent and the extension — the relay acts as a message broker and does not store any payload data. The user's browser session, cookies, and credentials remain on their machine. Offered in Free and Pro tiers as described on the Browser Bridge page.
Consulting and deployment services for open-source AI models (Mistral, Llama, Qwen) on the client's own infrastructure. Includes audit, installation, RAG setup, team training, and ongoing support. Service details and pricing are described on the IA Locale page. Deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in writing before engagement.
Each SwiftClip software product ("Extension" or "Browser Bridge") is licensed (not sold) to you for personal or professional use. You may not:

Local AI Deployment services (IA Locale) are commissioned via a written agreement specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. A deposit may be required before work begins.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. To request a refund, contact us via our support page.
All SwiftClip Extensions, branding, logos, and content are the intellectual property of SwiftClip. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
Extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Extensions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may revoke access to Pro features if these Terms are violated. Free tier usage may be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an Extension after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
SwiftClip is operated by Etria Corporation (RCS 105 093 025 R.C.S. Paris). These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent French courts.
