1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any SwiftClip Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Extensions.

2. Description of Service

SwiftClip provides two categories of products:

Chrome Extensions

Browser extensions for Google Chrome, offered in two tiers:

• Free Tier — Available at no cost with core features.
• Pro Tier — Paid upgrade unlocking advanced features. Pricing is listed on each Extension's detail page.

Browser Bridge

A local application that enables AI agents to control Chrome via a WebSocket connection. Browser Bridge runs entirely on the user's machine — no cloud relay, no data collection. Offered in Free and Pro tiers as described on the Browser Bridge page.

3. License & Usage

Each SwiftClip product ("Extension" or "Browser Bridge") is licensed (not sold) to you for personal or professional use. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension.
• Use the Extension in violation of any applicable law.

4. Pro License Keys

Pro features are activated via a license key sent by email after purchase. License keys are:

• Valid for the period specified at purchase (subscription or lifetime).
• Tied to a single user. Sharing keys is prohibited.
• Non-transferable unless explicitly authorized.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. To request a refund, contact us via our support page.

6. Intellectual Property

All SwiftClip Extensions, branding, logos, and content are the intellectual property of SwiftClip. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Extensions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may revoke access to Pro features if these Terms are violated. Free tier usage may be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an Extension after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
