By installing or using any SwiftClip Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Extensions.
SwiftClip provides two categories of products:

A local application that enables AI agents to control Chrome via a WebSocket connection. Browser Bridge runs entirely on the user's machine — no cloud relay, no data collection. Offered in Free and Pro tiers as described on the Browser Bridge page.

All SwiftClip Extensions, branding, logos, and content are the intellectual property of SwiftClip. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
Extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Extensions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may revoke access to Pro features if these Terms are violated. Free tier usage may be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an Extension after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
